Workout Library

Premium feature

1. Introduction

To access the library, click the button in the calendar toolbar.
Your workout library allows you to build a set of workouts that you can reuse over time with your athletes.
You can then drag and drop your workouts wherever you want in your athlete's planning.

2. Display & Actions

The library displays the workouts you have already added.
For each one, it reminds you of basic info and if applicable, displays the date on which you have already scheduled this workout for the selected athlete.
Notes:
  • This date allows you to ensure that you vary the workouts offered to your athletes (it's up to you to decide if this is a problem or not).
  • If the date is in italics, it means the scheduled version is no longer identical to the one in your library.
  • If the date is crossed out, it means the workout was scheduled but the athlete did not complete it.
You can filter your workouts:
  • by sport
  • by tag with the button
  • with the button you have other filters like title, duration (or duration range), expected effort (or effort range)
You also have a menu that allows you:
  • To add a new workout
  • To put your library in full screen

3. Using a Workout

You can choose workouts from your library:
  • from the library zone (which replaces the season timeline) or
  • by adding a workout on a time slot in a day then choosing the option
Once you have chosen the filters that match what you are looking for, there may still be a few workouts left.
To help you find the one that suits you in this list, you can use the tooltip or click on the first workout then, from the workout preview, browse them with the arrows and .
Depending on where you came from (see above), to add a workout you can:
  • use drag and drop (if the workout preview is not open)
  • copy (button ) then paste in the desired slot in the calendar
  • use the "select" button (if you arrived there by adding a workout from a time slot)

4. Adding Workouts to Your Library

You have 2 ways to add workouts to your library:
  • Either in the library from the menu mentioned above,
  • Or from a planned workout preview, you click on the button which opens a menu to add this workout to your library.
