For the coached athlete: you are guided, you improve, you give feedback easily and without pressure. For the athlete who trains in a group: you get the workout, you just say whether you are coming, and your data stays yours.
Slek’s Free plan costs nothing and never expires: it covers the complete analysis of your workouts, your statistics, your best performances, syncing with your watch and the export of all your data. The Premium subscription, at €5 incl. VAT per month billed annually (€60 incl. VAT per year), adds planning, coaching and the AI assistant.
No. Plenty of athletes use Slek on their own, to analyse their workouts and follow their training load. If you want to plan your workouts in advance, you move to Premium: you then count as an athlete coached by yourself. And if a coach works with you, their own account stays free.
Yes. Slek connects to Garmin, Suunto, Coros, Polar, Strava, Wahoo and Hammerhead, and your activities come through with no manual entry at all. They sit next to what was planned, so you can compare completed against planned, workout by workout.
Yes. Import and export of all your data are included from the Free plan onwards, so your data is never held back. If you stop Premium, you take everything with you and drop down to the free plan. Only your future planned workouts stop being readable, since that is what the subscription pays for.
