Groups (coaches only)

The "Groups" feature only makes sense for a coach.
If you train athletes with Slek, it allows you:
  • To see at a glance the insights for all your athletes,
  • To organize athletes by groups (e.g.: minimes, cadets, juniors...)
  • To organize their planning (who do I start with? who have I already planned?)
  • To publish sessions that would still be in draft state

1. Athlete Card

You have a card for each athlete you follow.
From this card:
  • the button allows you to switch to the profile of one of your athletes to see their data
  • the button allows to classify the athlete in a group (cadet, minime, pro, man, woman, ...). It's up to you to choose how you want to classify them to better organize your coaching. When planning sessions, you can easily share them with athletes from the same group
  • the button allows you to publish the planning you have planned for an athlete
The card also contains a lot of useful info and stats about your athlete.
There is a comment field that is personal to you and allows you, for example, to indicate until when your coaching services have been paid

2. Search / Filtering

Above this list you have two fields to filter the displayed athletes:
  • by name
  • or by group

3. Date Range for Stats

Each athlete card gives you insights on each athlete. By default, these stats display the last 14 days. You can modify the stats period using the time range selector.

4. Planning Organization

Every Sunday when you start making your planning for the coming week for all your athletes, you can put them all in "draft" mode at once from the menu.
Then, you have the choice:
  • either, as you progress, as soon as an athlete is ready you publish their programming with the button
  • or once you've finished everyone, you can also publish all draft sessions at once from the menu.
Attention, switching to draft mode and publishing only affects athletes who are currently visible in the list: those who are filtered are not affected.
