Subscription

On the Settings > Subscription page, you manage:
  • your own subscription (trial, Premium, payment, invoices…)
  • the billing accounts you administer, to subscribe several people at once (children, coached athletes, a club…)
The "Billing accounts" menu in the top-right lets you switch between your personal account ("My account") and any billing account you administer. It's also where you create a new billing account.

1. My Account

My Subscription

The subscription panel shows your current status:
  • Free: you don't (or no longer) have a Premium subscription → button to upgrade to Premium or to start a free trial
  • Premium Trial: the end date and the number of days remaining
  • Premium (one-time payment): the date until which you're Premium, with a button to extend
  • Premium (monthly recurring): the saved card and its expiration date, with the option to update it or cancel
While your subscription is recurring, your card is charged automatically each month. Before your card expires, you'll receive a reminder email to update it.

Billing Address

Next to the subscription panel, you set the name and address that will appear on your invoices.

Offer Premium

Further down, the Offer Premium section lets you buy a 12-month subscription as a gift. You get a link to send — the recipient activates it whenever they want, from their own account.
It's more discreet than a gift that starts immediately, and it's also useful when you want to subscribe several people occasionally without creating a billing account.

My Order History

All your orders appear here. Each line lets you download the invoice that was generated at the time of the order.

Managed by…

If someone (for example the coach of a partner club) covers your subscription through a billing account, a banner shows their name. You'll also find a button to leave the billing account if you no longer want to be part of it.

2. Billing Accounts

A billing account lets you subscribe several people at once, and groups your invoices together. It's useful for a parent subscribing multiple children.
When you select one from the top-right menu, the page switches to that account's admin view.

Name and Billing Address

You can rename the billing account using the pencil icon next to its title, and set its billing address just like your personal one.

Share Link

Each billing account has a unique invitation link. Share it so members can join the account. You can also regenerate the link if needed (the old one then stops working).
Joining a billing account doesn't grant a subscription automatically — the admin decides when to subscribe the members.

Members and Bulk Actions

The member list shows each person's Premium status and end date if any. Select multiple members with the checkboxes for bulk actions:
  • Subscribe selected: orders a 12-month Premium subscription for each, on a single invoice
  • Remove: removes the members from the billing account
  • Promote / demote admin: an admin can rename the account, subscribe members, remove them, and share the link
Delegated subscriptions are annual only — no monthly recurring. This is to avoid a demoted admin remaining "stuck" to an automatic charge they can no longer cancel.
If someone sent you a subscription link, it appears at the top of the page with the offer details. You can accept or decline — if you accept, the subscription is activated immediately (and you're redirected to payment if a contribution is required).

4. Anonymous Orders

If you ordered a subscription (a gift, for example) before logging in, a banner suggests you attach those orders to your account. Once attached, their invoices appear in your history.

5. Saved Card

In case of a recurring monthly subscription, your card is saved with our bank for automatic charging.
Slek only knows and stores the last 4 digits as well as the expiration date of your card.
Before its expiration, you'll receive a reminder email asking you to update it. You can also replace it or cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription panel.
