Slek, the software that makes a sports coach's job simpler

Coaching

A coach during a running workout

Coaching athletes is not just about supervising training. It also means planning individual workouts, analysing performance in detail and handling demanding logistics. Slek is there to take all of that off your hands.

Keep your written communication in one place

No more juggling texts, spreadsheets and email. Everything you need to talk to your athletes is in Slek, and what you write stays in context: a comment is attached in the calendar to the race, the workout or the period it is about. Finding it again a month later is a very different experience from digging through old WhatsApp messages.

Plan workouts without the busywork

Coaching a group of youngsters and adapting a shared base for each of them? In Slek you copy and paste a workout from one athlete to another, or share it with all of them at once. And the workouts you already wrote in Word or Excel are easy to reuse.

Build the week around your athletes’ real schedule

Your athletes tell you when they are free for the weeks ahead. They fill in their availability slot by slot (early morning, morning, midday, afternoon, evening), how much time they have and which sports are possible in each slot. They can even flag a period when being unavailable also means more stress than usual: exams, a wedding, moving house. Entering all this was designed to be quick and obvious, which is why athletes actually do it, and why you build their week on solid ground. You alternate hard days and rest days more accurately, and you spend far less time reshuffling the plan.

Reach every statistic and every piece of data

Slek lets you analyse each parameter of performance: speed, power, heart rate, cadence. It estimates and tracks training load for you (TRIMP, Foster load, monotony). All of it comes as detailed, configurable charts, so you can see where there is room to improve and adjust the load before anyone burns out.

Carry less mental load

You no longer have to remind an athlete that their weekly check-in is empty, or that you have just changed the content of their next workout. Athletes turn on the notifications they want: a workout added or modified, a reminder to fill in the weekly check-in or the morning checkup.

Bring Slek into your daily routine and you work more precisely, with less to keep in your head. You hand over part of your mental load and you can concentrate on what actually matters to you: your athletes getting better.

Stay free to leave

We believe every athlete and every coach should be able to move to another platform without losing their history. Your workouts and everything your athletes enter belong to you, and we will hand it all back as CSV files, or FIT files for the raw data (export planned for the end of 2025).

We want you to stay with Slek because you choose to, not because you are stuck.
