You may have noticed: Slek picked up a whole batch of small improvements at the end of the week.
Matching planned and completed workouts
Slek now automatically matches a completed workout with the one planned on the same day in the same sport.
If you did your workout in the afternoon when it was planned for the morning, the match still happens, but your coach can see that you moved it, because the planned workout appears semi-transparent, as in the screenshot below.

And if you want to match them by hand, you can do it from the menu (the three dots) in the activity detail box, on the calendar page.

Reminder notifications
Slek can send you a notification to remind you to fill in your morning checkup or your evening debrief every day at a fixed time. You configure this in your notification settings.
Your coach will be delighted to find the data properly filled in.

The day’s data
From the calendar, click on the date to see the day’s data (what you entered in your morning checkup, for instance), along with the total load for the day, which is handy if you train twice or three times a day.

Workout comments
A coach who misses feedback on a workout: that is exactly the sort of detail that can change a whole preparation.
So that your coach misses nothing, a small bubble now appears on the calendar on every workout that has a comment.

Elevation correction
And finally, who has never had completely wrong elevation figures on their watch, especially a watch with no barometric altimeter? Slek lets you correct that from the activity analysis screen.
