See the planned and perceived effort of your workouts

Features

In training you have certainly experienced a gap between the effort you had planned and the effort you actually felt. That difference can affect your performance and your progress, which is why Slek makes it visible at a glance.

Getting an idea of the planned and perceived effort for each of your workouts is now very simple:

Planned and perceived effort shown in Slek
Planned and perceived effort

Here, for your running workout:

  • the effort originally planned was “moderate”. That is the orange bar.

  • You, however, felt it as “hard”. That is the red bar under the workout title.

The colour and the length of the bars therefore give you an idea of the intensity of the planned and perceived efforts:

  • Green and short => easy workout

  • Red and long => hard workout
