A workout library for coaches

Features

Coaching athletes? Slek now lets you build yourself a workout library.

The obvious benefit is that you build on the workouts that work well and reuse them without effort. On top of that, if you want to avoid giving the same athlete the same workout too often, Slek tells you when each workout was last planned or completed. A very simple way of making sure there is variety in what you offer.

You can search your workouts:

  • by sport,

  • by name,

  • by duration (or duration range),

  • by expected effort (or effort range),

  • and finally with tags, which you can add to any workout in seconds.
